ALYKHAN MAMDANI

Mr. Mamdani has a strong record of building profitable companies and scaling them nationally.  Combining his business experience with degrees in mathematics, law and finance, he has focused on using technology to automate and improve business processes in a variety of industries – banking, land records, vital statistics, corporate records, oil and gas exploration and oil and gas production.

Mr. Mamdani has been integral in the establishment, financing and growth of various technology companies since 1996 and has acted as an officer, director or advisor to many public and private companies.  Mr. Mamdani has a bachelor of mathematics from the University of Waterloo, a bachelor of laws from the University of Western Ontario, and a master of laws in corporate law and finance from Widener University in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Mamdani is a former member of both the Law Society of Alberta and the New York Bar and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) in Alberta.
