Sergei Tchetvertnykh is the CEO of BRC Capital Partners (BRC), a prominent merchant banking firm that specializes in funding growth across diverse industries and geographies. With a strong focus on venture and mezzanine funds, BRC partners with exceptional entrepreneurs, providing comprehensive support from inception to all phases of their ventures.
Prior to his role at BRC, Mr.Tchetvertnykh co-founded Infinium Group, an innovative algorithmic trading firm that achieved a leading market share in trading equities and other securities on major global exchanges.

Mr. Tchetvertnykh’s career began in investment banking, where he gained valuable experience at renowned institutions such as JP Morgan, CS First Boston, and Merrill Lynch, working in dynamic financial centers like New York, London, and Toronto. A strong believer in proper corporate governance, Mr. Tchetvertnykh actively serves on the boards of public and private companies across various industries.

Recognized for his outstanding achievements, Mr. Tchetvertnykh has been honored as one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 and has been a finalist for the E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Ontario multiple times.

Mr. Tchetvertnykh holds a B.Sc. in Cybernetics from Kiev Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the prestigious Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
